All major components are tested before assembly, and each charger is fully tested before shipping.
3.Can I order some samples? How long?
Yes, usually 10 days for production, 7 days for express delivery.
4.Are the Samples FOC?
No,samples need to be cost, if the total shipment quantity reaches 100 times the sample quantity, the sample fee will be refunded.
5.Are you Trading Company or manufacturer?
We are a professional EV charger manufacturer and we also have our own trading company.
6.What's your MOQ?
If we have the products in stock, it will be no MOQ. If we need to produce, we can discuss the MOQ according to customer's exact situation. Usually AC charger MOQ is 10 sets, DC charger MOQ is 2 sets. It's negotiable.
7.Can we use our own logo?
Yes, we can print your private logo according to your request.
8.How about the quality guarantee period?
1~3 years, depending on the specific product.
